Welcome to our site!
The Northern Ohio Draft Pony Association, otherwise known as the
N.O.D.P.A, was established in 1978 by seven men who were among friends
that had ponies stabled at a local fair. They were making small talk
about starting up a pony club and well what started out as small talk
eventually became the N.O.D.P.A. For more history, please visit
our history page!

We hold two annual sales per year. The spring sale is held the
last weekend in June with the Tack Sale being held on Friday and the
pony sale on Saturday. For the very first time in N.O.D.P.A
history, our fall sale will be a one day sale. The Tack Sale will start
Saturday morning at 8 AM, and the pony sale will start immediately after
the tack has ended. We will however, only accept the first 100
head of ponies consigned. For more information on our sales,
please visit the Sale Info page.
In July, we hold an International Show held at the Lorain County
Fairgrounds in Wellington, OH. Each year we spend $6,500.00 in
premiums.
Our main goal is to promote the Haflinger and draft ponies! For
more information on how you can help, please contact one of our officers
or directors!
